<li>Eligibility &#8211; This raffle is open to persons age 18 and over who are legal residents of the United States.  We reserve the right to not accept any illegible, defective or incomplete entry forms and entries that do not include valid or full payment.</li>
<li>How to Enter &#8211; All entrants must purchase ticket(s) either by credit card, or cash. You may buy tickets online, by telephone, by fax, or by mail. Entry fee is $25 per ticket, or $100 for 5 tickets (online only). All mail-in, phone, and fax entries must add $5.00 to receive ticket(s) certified. Official raffle entry form can be downloaded at www.euop.com. All mail-in and fax entries must be received at least 7 days prior to drawing to guarantee entry. Entries received after all tickets have been sold will be returned to sender. Participants acknowledge that their purchase of a ticket does not in any way guarantee that they will win a prize. No refunds will be made at any time.</li>
<li>Drawing date TBA – Drawings will be held on the stated drawing date unless all tickets are sold beforehand. If all tickets are sold before the stated date, drawings will take place 7-10 days after the final ticket is sold, if all tickets are not sold at drawing date the drawing date will be extended. All drawings will be held at random under the supervision of an independent accounting. Entrants need not be present to win.</li>
<li>Notification – The entrant whose ticket is drawn will be deemed the winner of that raffle. All winners will be notified by phone &amp; by letter via the United States Postal Service.  Emmanuel Unique Outreach Partners, Inc. is not responsible for printing errors in any raffle-related material, or for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered mail, or for any other failure to deliver tickets, notifications, or receipts associated with the raffle.</li>
<li>Prizes &#8211; The “Grand Prize” will be a 2010 Camaro 2LT, with less than 20,000 miles, and is not warranted in any way by Emmanuel Unique Outreach Partners, Inc.  If the specific car advertised becomes no longer available, a substitute car of the same year, make, &amp; model may be chosen as a replacement. Certain features and car color may be different from the photographed representations in our advertising. Any taxes accruing as a result of the raffle, on or after the drawing date are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that at least 5,000 tickets are not sold, the original raffle will revert to a 50/50 drawing for a cash prize with one winner. In such an event, the winner will receive 50% of the net proceeds, with a maximum of $10,000 cash prize, or such lesser amount of the net proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets, with the remaining proceeds going to the non-profit organization sponsoring the event.</li>
<li>Proceeds &#8211; All net proceeds, less expenses &amp; less all costs associated with the raffle, including prizes, from the raffle will go to benefit the non-profit organization sponsoring the raffle.</li>
<li>Odds &#8211; The odds of winning the “Grand Prize” will depend on the number of entries, but will be no more than 1 in 5,000.</li>
<li>General Conditions &#8211; Money spent on raffle tickets can NOT be considered tax deductible as a charity deduction. Charity raffles are void where prohibited by law. By entering, raffle participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited. We reserve the right to change these “Terms and Conditions” at anytime and without notice to anyone, though any changes made will be updated immediately on our website through this page.</li>
<li>Privacy &#8211; By entering a raffle, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photographs, biography, likeness, voice and video for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.</li>
<li>Winners &#8211; Winner must accept ownership of the prize within 30 days after the drawing date of the raffle. Should any prize not be accepted or claimed by this date, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and ownership returned to the sponsoring non-profit organization. Winners are fully responsible for all real property taxes, insurance and assessments accruing after time of title transfer, as well as all local, state, and federal income taxes. All winners must be able to provide valid identification and their name must match the name associated with the winning ticket.   The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, dealer preparation, shipping and all other fees, and any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation any and all applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes.</li>
<li>Liability &#8211; Emmanuel Unique Outreach Partners Inc. assumes no liability. We also reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) against any claims made against us, should the situation arise. All decisions related to interpretation/enforcement of these rules and regulations shall be made by Emmanuel Unique Outreach Partners, Inc. and will be final. Void where prohibited by law.  By entering the raffle, participant agrees to release Emmanuel Unique Outreach Partners, Inc, car owner, and all other parties involved in the promotion or conduct of the event.</li>

<p><strong>The beneficiaries</strong> are all those persons the 13 nonprofit organizations service, specifically low to moderate income residents of Adelanto first and others as space permits.  Our target is on disadvantaged populations, single moms, drop outs, troubled teens, unemployed, non-English speakers, homeless, foster teens, newly released prisoners and those from dysfunctional homes.</p>
<p><strong>The purpose</strong> of the High Desert Community Connection Center is to create self-sufficiency, jobs, prevent overlapping of nonprofit services, involve parents in student education, centralize all community resources, provide group activities, social support, and public information in one location the community center, creating self-sufficiency, improving the quality of community and family life.</p>
<p><strong>The project</strong> involves acquiring land, constructing the community center which will be three stories high with office suites for lease and all program activities on the ground floor, small business pads, and identifying a gas station mini mart, super market, and restaurant to join us as anchors.</p>

Breakfast is the main dietary meal, yet as age goes up, those youth eating breakfast goes down. 80% of high school students are not getting their 5 a day requirement of fruit and vegetables. Female students are not consuming enough calcium to support healthy bone development, and 39% of children 2-17 are not meeting their daily fiber intake.<br />
